Tommi's Burger Joint

Tommi’s Burger Joint appears to be another Berlin classic. I never came around to try it, but since I went on a burger spree for The Urban Animals, I tried their Ku’damm branch as well.

Tommi’s Burger Joint appears to be another Berlin classic. I never came around to try it, but since I went on a burger spree for The Urban Animals, I tried their Ku’damm branch as well.

The place is as a burger place should be: Basic seating, and a counter to order your grub from. Their reputation seems well deserved, the burger was focused mainly on the meat – still pink in the middle – without too much interference from any fancy dressings.

They do provide a barrage of free sauces for both burger and fries, but I preferred to enjoy mine as it was. The fries were okay as a side, but nothing you haven’t seen before.

In spite of their “classic” status the place didn’t seem too packed, but I did not go during rush hour either.
